ISSUE

As part of the Saudi Vision 2030, the Kingdom had seen radical transformations in an effort to promote tourism spend and improve the quality of life of all Saudi citizens and expatriates. This initiative created a new market to be supplied that was previously almost non-existent in the Kingdom.

APPROACH

In order to achieve the above objectives, our team offered remedies to weaknesses identified during the internal assessment, capitalized on opportunities identified by external assessment, provided financial modelling and forecasting, fundraised through roadshows and investor pitch, assisted on planning the implementation.
