APPROACH

Solidiance conducted thorough primary research and hundreds of interviews across logistics industries, competitors and players in the value chain across the three main logistics hubs in Saudi Arabia to determine gaps, needs and opportunities. Conduct a thorough internal assessment of the client’s operations to determine low-hanging fruits and USP. Develop several business model and growth scenarios and pitch the recommendations to the Board for approval.
